Terms of Use

GoodDaily service agreement.

Effective 2026. Applies to every GoodDaily app, present or future.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and GoodDaily Labs Inc. (“GoodDaily,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By installing or using our apps you agree to these Terms and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (if downloaded from the App Store). If you disagree, do not use the services.

  • GoodDaily provides wellness and productivity utilities, not medical treatment. Please consult professionals when needed.
  • Users must be 13+ or have parental consent. App Store subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in device settings.
  • Misuse, abuse, or attempts to tamper with the apps may result in account suspension.
  • By installing our apps you also agree to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, or the age required in your jurisdiction, to use our apps. Parents and guardians are responsible for use by minors. You must keep your login credentials secure and promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid features are offered through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Apple is the merchant of record and handles payment processing as well as invoicing. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in App Store settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Your account may be billed for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Prices may change and we will provide notice inside the apps or via email before material changes take effect.

Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel at any time through the App Store’s subscription management interface. Because Apple manages billing, refund requests must be submitted to Apple Support. We will honor any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Acceptable use & IP

You may not misuse the services, attempt to reverse engineer the apps, transmit malware, or upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes others’ rights. All app assets, trademarks, and code remain GoodDaily’s property or that of our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the apps for personal purposes.

Service changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible. We are not liable for any loss resulting from maintenance windows, outages, or events beyond our control.

Disclaimer

Our apps provide wellness and productivity guidance only; they are not medical or therapeutic devices. We provide the services “as is” and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

GoodDaily and its officers, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the services. Total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months or USD $50, unless prohibited by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Taipei City, Taiwan, unless applicable law requires a different venue.
